Prefab?

Looks like a prefab. Is it?

Also wildfires would be a worry.

I don't think it's prefab, just based on looking at it and looking at the building and construction info near the bottom of the listing page.

But I may be wrong. Steve might know?

It could be a prefab. It's the right shape and the finishes look like what prefab builders use. It could also be the shape the could fit on the lot without too much excavation and built on a tight budget.

The view is fantastic but I still like the other house better. Cool
