RIP Michael Nesmith
I wasn't big into the Monkees, but I really liked his later stuff like Elephant Parts.

Farewell, Michael.

Michael Nesmith was instrumental in the DNA of MTV.

He was my favorite Monkee. Yes

Don has a treasured Monkees tshirt he got at a concert.
Did like their music, but never bought any.

The very first thing I bought with my hard earned paper route money was the first Monkees album. I rode my bike over to the Mt. San Antonio Junior College bookstore to buy it.

RIP Michael. You brought joy to my life, and to many others’ as well.

I went to their concert in Chicago in November. So was pretty freaked out.

Nesmith was looking old for sure and he frequently stepped off stage.

But his voice was more in tune than Mickeys -- except Mickey had more wind.
