What are you having? I fired up the grill to grill some pineapple, and made pineapple fried rice.

Pineapple fried rice

Brown rice, fish sauce, Chinese sausage, grilled pineapple, lime juice. It could use grilled green onions, but I don’t have any. So mouthwateringly savory. Yum!

I made some chicken vegetable soup with a bag of tomatoes, onions, and carrots that I froze from last year's garden.

It was tasty and it will last me all week, if I don't freeze some for later.

Was feeling lazy. One of the TJ's Burrata, Prosciutto, and Arugula flatbread pizzas.

We did better at lunch - homemade potato leek soup.
