Gorgeous. If you've never been to Sedona, I highly recommend. There are quite a few artists there selling high end stuff like he makes.

That’s a beautiful house, and you can tell he had fun building it.

Reminds me of the clamshell house in the foothills west of Denver. It had numerous problems.
That house appears to have no garage. I don't see a driveway to it, so I suppose a garage is unnecessary.
I prefer the Sedona area to Tucson. It is not as hot and there are more trees than cactus. Shops and restaurants were either good and too busy or not so hot and near vacant.

Curmudgeon here. I don't like it - it doesn't fit into the landscape, and it dominates that particular bluff's aesthetic. Lots of Arizona towns have passed laws preventing houses from being built above a certain elevation, or at the top of a mountain, etc. Because I should be able to enjoy the spectacular beauty of Sedona without seeing a bunch of outlandish houses.

At least he doesn't have kids on his lawn!

YMMV, of course. (Am I turning into a Karen? Big Grin )

It does not fit in the landscape and it is not attractive. If Nina has become a Karen, so have I.
There are some houses here that caused a lot of negative talk. One ugly house that was built in a spot that had been designated a dangerous place to build. Before it was finished it started to slide down the mountain, which made it more expensive. The locals enjoyed some schadenfreude. Now it is inhabited and ugly.

the house itself is nice enough, but the positioning of it on that cliff is an abomination and shouldn't have been allowed.
