It's been a long time (like ten years), but I uploaded the video to YouTube (I have a gmail account that I use for some stuff) and then posted it here like I would any YouTube video.

Also Steve, if you upload to YT you can select “unlisted” which means anyone with the link can see it but it can’t be found otherwise. That’s how I upload my stuff.
