RIP Neil Peart

I liked Rush, I bought a few of their LPs in the 70s, but I can't say I was a HUGE fan. But I read Neil's book Ghost Rider and I've rarely felt so connected to an author. Of course, that he rides a BMW and drinks Macallan helped established rapport.

Farewell, Rocker.

I am truly sad about this news. Mr. Peart was a huge musical influence for me. I am listening to 2112 as I type and the screen is getting a little blurry...

Heard he was pretty good.

Also heard Rush was a standout for difficult, accomplished musicianship.

Have not heard any of their work.

I guess I should get over met anti-rock prejudice and go listen.
