Milwaukee, Aug. 23, 2023.

Who’s in:
North Dakota Gov. Doug Burgum,
former New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie,
Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis,
former South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley,
former Arkansas Gov. Asa Hutchinson,
former Vice President Mike Pence,
entrepreneur Vivek Ramaswamy and
South Carolina Sen. Tim Scott.

Trump qualified but has chosen to skip the debate.

So … who will “win” this debate?

Anyone watched the Aug.23 debate?
Any GOP primary voter here?
What are your thoughts?

Didn't watch the debate, only caught some snippets on the news. From the little I read, it doesn't seem like it was a breakout debate for anyone. Sounded like Vivek might have lost some of his luster.

The comments are interesting, too.

I saw a meme yesterday (worded a bit more colorfully than I'm going to say it here) that basically said "It's astounding that Republican Party is so absolutely awful that a douchebag like Chris Christie dropping out of the race actually makes the field of candidates worse."
