I think the ad would have been better if it had ended with his latest blabbering about how he has a "good feeling" that the governors won't need the 30000-40000 ventilators they are asking for and that that's just way overreaching.

Because I have a "good feeling" that in a couple weeks, he'll be proven wrong once again.

It's gonna be tough to argue defamation when the words came literally out of his own mouth.

What they *can* do, however, is bully and indimidate, and cost people a lot of money to defend themselves. I hope the courts squash this instantly.
