He’s already been impeached. A second impeachment won’t make him ineligible for office.

If a president is impeached an convicted in the senate, in addition to voting to remove him or her from office, the senate can separately vote to bar him or her from holding any elected office ever again.

It's been done for federal judges.

Yeah but the Turtle controls the senate until VP Harris is there to break the tie the other way.
