One of my favorite flight tracking sites is flightaware.com. You can browse by airline/operator and see the impact of the COVID-19 flight cancellations.

This link shows the # of United flights in the air right now

Not many flights. If you want to switch to another airline, hover over the "Live Flight Tracking" option in the task ribbon, then select "browse by operator."
