But you can probably virtualize it into an app than runs on your smartphones and tablets. Then it can tell you what day it is and fit in your purse/pocket.

Someone we know has a clock that reads the time out in binary displayed in three rows of LEDS for hours, minutes, and seconds. She loves the thing; I simply find it annoying.
