Administration rolls back plans to deport thousands of international students

In a "surprise move..." which my moles say occurred primarily because the Harvard/MIT lawsuit arguments began today and it became abundantly clear that there was no way Trump would win a lawsuit. He couldn't take another high profile loss in the courts, so they decided to jettison the idea.

Stephen Miller's head must be exploding.

BTW, what continues to trip most of Trump's harebrained and awful ideas up in court isn't necessarily the law, but the legal logistics. In other words, they don't know what the heck they're doing and are throwing these things out without thought. OK, duh.

Still, this is an excellent outcome.

The system is working.
