The maple syrup is great. I broke open one of the bottles and poured a little bit in a shot glass.
They have a recipe for vanilla cream soda that sounds very nice. A few tablespoons of the bourbon maple syrup, bit of vanilla extract, and sparkling water. Sounds like a refreshing summer beverage.
