https://thenationaldesk.com/ne...land-transit-stationThis happened at a transit station. It reminds me of the time a man followed another man when he got off a bus and went to the restroom at a mall. The perpetrator cut the man's head off with a machete.
It's clear drugs are related to the story in my link but it seems to me a lot of people are evil.

RealPlayerThat’s the first I’ve heard that fentanyl could cause behavior so abhorrent. Maybe it makes people psychotic?
