wtgBlast from the past
I got my USPS Informed Delivery email this morning and it shows a Black Friday Kohl's coupon that's coming in the mail today.
It's addressed to the people we bought this house from in 1980.
Guess our digital world brings a weird level of immortality....we're never forgotten by marketing initiatives...

DanielI got mail from the previous owner as recently as a couple days ago.
Four years of his mail pretty much tells me he was on Medicare and died of cancer.

We get stuff addressed to all kinds of people at our current rental house. It's a parade of names!

wtgThe Kelleys were in their mid-60s when they sold this house in 1980; they were retiring to Florida.
I'm guessing they probably aren't shopping at Kohl's anymore. But that's just a guess.

big alI guess I don't have that particular experience because the mailing address for my house has changed twice since I moved here. The main result has been that I don't hear from some old acquaintances that I don't see personally because they don't have my current address.
