Found a new one that actually works.

It's a "meat masher." Made by Farberware but I see other companies make them as well. It's sold for chopping up ground meat as you brown it but I've found it's good for other things too - like chopping up dog mush.

$10 on Amazon, the knock off is more like $3. Doesn't take up a lot of space.
