Adult diapers.
More incontinent adults there use diapers than babies. ~ 80% of residents at many Japanese nursing homes use disposable diapers, creating many tons of human waste daily.

Instead of eliminating them via incineration like most Japanese waste, these are increasingly being turned into useful fuel pellets.

Soylent Green of another sort, is thus being used to serve Japanese survivors so that society benefits from the waste products of the elderly/dying.

Japan is thus finding one more way of surviving the pandemic of extreme old age.

Note, that the oldest living person until now was Japanese - she just died at the age of one hundred nineteen years. Indeed almost 120 years old as the Jewish saying goes "bis a hundert und tzvantsig" (may you live 'til a hundred and twenty.")
