What’s crazy is that my little plastic house on the Ohio prairie has gone up in value more than the CA house I sold for 3X the price.

Not that it makes any difference. I’ll likely die here.

I noticed that most counties in my area saw a decline on that map. Maybe this points to a healthy correction in the market before some bubbles became so inflated that we risked a 2008-2009 style meltdown.
