Well, this is what the good people in Idaho have voted for.

1) No OB residency programs in the state, so they won't even be able to fill the positions with increasingly bottom-of-the-barrel graduates.

2) No data collection so the good citizens of the state won't even be able to see the consequences on maternal/fetal morbidity and mortality.

Increasingly, there are states where I would not choose to live because the culture is noxious to me. You couldn't pay me enough to move to Idaho.

You probably couldn't pay me enough to move to California too, but that's for a different reason ... you COULDN'T pay me enough to buy a house!
