Now it is on the TV. It just switched to Spanish.
It is an order prohibiting gatherings of 100 people or more.
Gatherings of under 50 people are prohibited unless certain cautions are taken.

That was scary

We have the same here, but we went to group of 25 here and all restaurants and bars to got to take out only.
