This one is perfect in every way, imho.

Incidentally, spinels are not treated.

Too rich for my blood. I'll never own one.

But I like looking. Smiler

I'm guessing it cost about 20k. It is beautiful.

Citrine bird on a rock brooch by (or after) Tiffany's famous mid-century designer.

$88,500.

This doesn't do a lot for me other than the stone.

Citrine is on my top 10 list.

I believe it's chemically related to aquamarine.

I used to walk by this gallery when I lived in the French Quarter. I remember the windows being filled with large yellow radiant cut diamond rings and authentic Fabergé pieces the prices of which seem ridiculously low looking back on it.
