A look at U2's opening residency. Pretty incredible stuff. Even cooler on the inside.

It's gonna be there for a long, long time. It's being described as possibly the premier concert venue in the world.

Project/Production management. But there are a lot of people working on it. Not sure if she's been onsite at all.

One reviewer did not care for the U2 show. The band does seem a bit dwarfed by the venue.

I have never had much motivation to visit Vegas, but now I do. Footage of the U2 concert is spectacular, what a night that must have been. I saw this video that was posted after opening night...

Since both of my kids now live in Las Vegas, I suppose I will become a regular visitor.

Going there in December to watch eldest get his Ph.D. bestowed, and then going back in June for his marriage.

Congratulations! ThumbsUp

My favorite attraction in Las Vegas is the mob Museum in the old Clark County courthouse. It’s quite large and very well done. I also like the fine art exhibit at the Bellagio.

"Self-parking on site will be $100, while valet parking will cost $125. This sets a new record for Las Vegas parking, which up until seven years ago was free everywhere on the Strip that a concert was ever staged," ...

The Sphere has only about 300 parking spaces, so most cars will be forced to park at nearby casinos. That likely contributed to both the adjacent Venetian/Palazzo and Wynn/Encore properties adding parking charges for people not staying at their resorts.
