Lots of issues with higher education funding in the UK. Among those are the UK universities' reliance on foreign students for large chunks of their revenues -- cannot criticize the CCP too much else they stop sending Chinese students to UK universities with national scholarship money, also losing half of foreign students from the EU since Brexit.

Lots of other issues too, of courses.

This issue is present for many US and Canadian universities as well.
