The problem I have with it is--

Full-spectrum CDB is a gentle and effective muscle relaxant and it's an effective anti-inflammatory iirc.

There are many people in FL with cannabis licences who depend on it.

It's closest pharmacy prescription is Soma.

Many doctors in FL will not write Soma prescriptions and will let their patients suffer because they are afraid of DEA regulations that seem complex and to change constantly.

I don't take CBD or Soma but certainly know people who need one or the other or both and will suffer needlessly after DeSantis signs this bill.
