The biggest problem is that it's super salty. Mix it with something like hash browns and it's pretty tasty.

Costco has it in four-packs. I think it’s the low-salt variety. That’s relative, of course.

Some of those new flavors look pretty good! We went to a party years ago where they had a Spam recipe contest. The contestants were super clever - Spamghetti, Rack of Spam, Green Eggs and Spam, and a bunch of others. I was the judge.
