| Got over 11 lbs. of “free” shank half smoked ham, courtesy of a local grocery store’s promotion. So will be working off that smoked ham somehow.  I do not have any special recipe for ham, but it looks like the shank bone can make a nice big pot of soup, clear broth style. |

| Ham bone broth is delicious! Works with beans, greens, and potatoes. I’m going to bring home the bone from Sunday dinner and cook up something great!

Tell them it is chicken. Had rabbit with a nest of hashbrowns and other Easter things on an Easter in Tucson.
