Pence talked about how people should listen to their state and local authorities regarding specifics of what they should be doing.

Reporter asked, given what he said about listening to local officials, why the campaign ignored the requests of Tulsa government and public health officials not to hold the rally. He droned on about constitutional rights to free speech.
