I listen to conventional radio in the car. When I hear a new song, I Shazam it on my phone. Then I have a list of new stuff, which I add to Spotify.

Because I’m not on a treadmill or machine, I can use a variety of tempos. I can run to music that isn’t especially fast. Just, whatever moves me.

I would say the song that always moves me is Beyoncé’s “Before I let go.”
