I've used my Granitium saute pans for a few years now and love them. No nonstick coating is this durable. In fact I bought another set to keep downstairs for if they ever wear out. Scrambled eggs with cheese in them will kind of stick to them, but that's it.

Tempted to buy the 4.6 qt pan you got but I really don't need it. I have a Cuisinart stainless that size. And my kitchen is jam packed already. If anything comes in something else must go out.
