And less crunch also. At an annual Oktoberfest that I attend every year, soft baked pretzels sell very well and they frequently run out of them before the fest’s closing time.

He should consider selling non-crunchy soft pretzels as well as the hard baked crunchy pretzels. Soft baked pretzels are larger in size than hard baked pretzels and usually sold individually.
