I've been thinking about this since it happened. The-- how could you say-- messages of a disgruntled patient (?) on the bullets were interesting. However, 1 min., 45 sec. of this video lead me to an opinion. I think he was probably taken out before he could testify before Congress. We'll see.

Facts and circumstances have now led me to the opinion my first instincts were correct.
