True Medical Miracle
Doctors just transplanted a printed ear made with patient's own cells.

And speaking as someone who knows something about it from close up, it is next to impossible to perform reconstructive surgery on the ear. Ears just happen to be one of the most difficult parts of the human body to model (OR draw, for that matter.)

Noses are perhaps slightly ahead in difficulty for reconstructive surgery.

The two of them are perhaps THE most crucial facial deformities a person can suffer - completely changing a person's face. What a fabulous breakthrough! (Just remembering a famous sculptor who specialized in modeling these two organs, to replace their absence or gross deformity for soldiers in WWI...)

And what's next? Printing internal organs? (Unsure of the types of cells they are made of, but I'll bet there are more than one, thus making it more challenging.)

OTOH anything's better than a pig's heart when you're desperate!
