Seems like that could open the door to a whole host of "common good" things they might not like. It all depends who gets to determine what is for the common good???

Universal health care
keep politicians out of healthcare choices
Free college
Expanded early learning
reasonable drug costs
more pollution rules on industry
requiring teaching actual U.S. history
and on and on...
