In Oklahoma City tonight ...

Both teams came to the court, got ready for tipoff ... and then everything stopped.

There was discussion for roughly 20 minutes.

And then the game was canceled.

The early word is that two members of the visiting Utah Jazz were feeling ill, and weren't supposed to leave the locker room. One or both did. At that point, the refs stopped the tipoff, the NBA was consulted, and eventually the game was canceled.

And it's also been announced today that March Madness, the 64-team NCAA playoffs, will be played without fans present.

Apparently, Rudy Gobert, the center for the Utah Jazz, tested positive preliminarily for coronavirus.

ESPN is reporting that, starting after tonight's games, the NBA will be going into hiatus, for no one knows how long.
