Eeker

I remember when I went I Japan for the first time, and lived on a little peninsula, and my apartment was about a 3 minute walk to the port, which I could also see from my window.

I was 26 y/o. I had never seen the ocean before, and suddenly, I lived right next to it. It was amazing.

I hope you have some of those moments during your first winter there!

I love autumn. First trees turning color, quickly followed by fresh apples and other autumnal delights.

Fall is a season of ratcheting back activity in preparation for the hibernation of winter. And odd person that I am, I also love winter.

I think this may be winter #2 for Steve and Mrs Steve....they were probably too busy moving to notice the trees turning colors last year...

We moved here in November 2021.

By the time we got here everything was brown.
