My first reaction was to stay that a big piece of this puzzle was the economic status of most of the people that live in Hayden-Winkleman. Then I realized that Ducey is doing the same garbage across the entire state.
It is 100% tragic. What's also tragic is the attitude among many voting Arizonans that they "paid their dues" back where they came from, and they moved to Arizona to get rid of having to deal with pesky things like school bonds. I mean heck, they don't have kids in school any longer, so why is this their concern?
That kind of garbage has been going on in AZ for decades, and it's one of the main reasons why Ducey gets away with things like this. His approval rating is tanking, but unless people go vote (and retirees definitely vote), it doesn't matter.

We're all faced with personal choices during this time. Some people have much bigger choices that will impact the lives of many other people. I don't envy anyone making those choices and I am really sorry for those who are pressured into making those choices.
