Didn't have any ham. Didn't feel like poaching eggs.

I toasted an English muffin, scrambled a couple eggs and sliced some smoked gouda. Happened to have a bit of leftover hollandaise in the fridge.

I assembled it and sat down. My breakfast scowled at me and said, "well, sh*t, now I guess you're gonna f*-ing eat me, a**shole!"


I didn't realize that was the recipe for eggs maledict.
