I must confess I hadn’t heard of him before today nor seen any of his movies.

I want to see Marshall and 42.

We really enjoyed Marshall. Haven't seen 42 yet.

I thought he was iconic as Black Panther. If you like Shakespeare at all, it was very much a retelling of Hamlet.

Just ran across this:

quote:
In the late 90s, a group of Howard University students were accepted into a prestigious theatre program at Oxford, but they couldn't afford it.

Their teacher, Phylicia Rashad, turned for help to Denzel Washington, who paid for it.

One of those students was Chadwick Boseman.

ABC is doing a commercial-free broadcast of Black Panther tonight, followed by a tribute to Boseman.

Thanks. Saw it in a theatre. Will try it on TV.
Boseman had a great smile and presence.
Lewis Hamilton won pole position for the Belgian Grand Prix. He said, "This one is for Chadwick."

Here he is on "Black Jeopardy" on SNL. This skit is where "Karen" came from.

I watched that again yesterday. He was just so good, so rock-solid in his character when all kinds of mayhem were going on around him. (And the piece was so well-written.)

I have never been so glad to be able to say that I season my potato salad and no raisin has ever come near it.

ROTFLMAO
