We ordered a bunch of groceries Tuesday.
Delivery was to be 3-4 on Saturday.
Got 4 notices of delay. The final one was for 7:45.
They never showed. Nothing.
Bob spent over 40 minutes on hold to Fry's (Kroger). Now he is on hold to Instacart.
Instacart goes on strike tomorrow.

We have plenty to eat because we went to Alberton's Friday morning.

i just tried shopping on there for a costco run. just to see what is involved. the total for a modest list was $450. They price gouged us on every single item. mr. pique is the main shopper and he was able to rattle off the in-store prices for every item. instacart's prices are several dollars more for every item! i said "forget it."

i managed somehow before there was a costco and i'll manage without it. our local costco is so busy they have the police doing crowd control.
