I opened this the other night, a Trader Joe’s brand. It was the singular most boring wine that has ever crossed my lips, completely unique in that it had no good features, no bad features, just…..nothing. No varietal character at all. A friend at dinner last night suggested that it is as if AI could make wine. An apt description.

Yeah. That would be so romantic. I can write my own poetry. There once was a fellow named Ax Who prided himself on the facts He courted his sweet rose With some AI-made prose Now he pays a high alimony tax.
