Keep in mind some of these data breeches are believed to be committed by state intelligence services. Should the CEO of Starwood hotels really face jail because his IT department couldn't defend itself against Chinese intelligence?

(one wonders if she secretly thinks Hillary should have been prosecuted after the Russians hacked her campaign)
