I mentioned this story to my rabbi at services last night and he asked an obvious question to which I had no answer: HOW did they bake it??

Went to reread the article, assuming I'd missed that detail but it's not given.

Maybe a solar powered oven? It's summer in Australia (and a hot one from what I can gather), so they could have perhaps built something that would be heated by the sun.

Pure speculation on my part.
