Challot, but who's counting?
I mentioned this story to my rabbi at services last night and he asked an obvious question to which I had no answer: HOW did they bake it??
Went to reread the article, assuming I'd missed that detail but it's not given.
Any ideas?

NinaMaybe a solar powered oven? It's summer in Australia (and a hot one from what I can gather), so they could have perhaps built something that would be heated by the sun.
Pure speculation on my part.
