I think this show is outstanding. The writing is the best I’ve ever seen.

I've been watching it off and on. I meant to watch it last night but forgot. Thank heavens for streaming. I do enjoy it, but find the characters, at times, to be too perfect--especially the secondary characters (spouses, significant others) of the main family. But I do like how it addresses the complications inherent in any family, especially between the kids. It also does a good job of showing how unintentional comments, events can plant the seeds for feelings and events that occur decades later.
