Better than I expected!

The living room is deeper than I thought from the pictures. So is the deck. Bedrooms upstairs are a bit larger too.

The grass area isn’t as big and seawall isn’t nearly as high as I thought. The steps are steep, though, and not all the same height. I’m definitely going to need handrails.

Maybe best if all is that my new truck clears the garage door by 2”!
