My new fav is sweet potato roti..a flat bread I made based on this YouTube Vid.

Just two ingredients...Yum!

Two winners last week. Neither are authentic, but both were delicious: the Thug Kitchen versions of Mujaddara and Japchae. Also we made a batch of dukkah (an Eqyptian spice, nut, seed bland) and have been sprinkling it on everything vaguely Middle Eastern.

Farro! (I think that's how you spell it.) We've been eating a variety of veggie type bowls, and I started using more farro when rice was in short supply. Now that rice is back, I'm still enjoying farro as much if not more.
