I defected from East Europe in 1986 and it always astounds me to read American opinions that equate the Russian propaganda with the American media. There is an old Soviet joke. A Russian and an American argue about democracy in their countries. The American says: "I can go in front of the White House and shout 'Down with Reagan!'" The Russian replies: "Big deal. I can also go to Red Square, stand in front of the Mausoleum and shout 'Down with Reagan!'"
Please, don't compare Fox or Trump or the media to the Russian reality, where you get 15 years prison time for just saying "War in Ukraine". You look stupid, like a dumbbell. Find other comparisons. On the opinion, I am also for "unambiguous total defeat" of Russia.
