You know, I'm gonna relax about this. I see this as the usual call for money to fight the upcoming legal battles. Expressed in the now usual apocalyptic Trump rhetorical flourishes. Yes, they're despicable, as his the sh!thead himself, but my read of this is that it's the normal shaking of the trees for $$$. I have received a bucketload of hyperventilated appeals from the Dems already, and to fight just the same legal battles. and their language is pretty abusive and over MY line too.
