The Bear spaghetti
From the series “The Bear” on Hulu. It’s about a chef, who is played by Gene Wilder’s grandson.

This recipe figures prominently on one of the episodes. It’s an interesting take on the dish -like a French chef decided to make an Italian classic. The method is different from any Italian dish I have ever made.

It’s also really good!

The Bear spaghetti.

Num. The browned butter aspect is intriguing.

How is the series? Worth watching?

SO GOOD. Some episodes are not an easy watch, especially if you have any family trauma of your own, but just excellent.
