AxtremusClorox recall Pine-Sol with bacteria
https://www.cnn.com/2022/10/26...ol-recall/index.htmlClorox's Pine-Sol is a disinfectant that is supposed to kill bacteria. Yet here we have Clorox recalling 37 million bottles of Pine-Sol because they could contain *'a bacteria called Pseudomonas aeruginosa, which can harm people with compromised immune systems or people with external medical devices because they pose "a risk of serious infection that may require medical treatment," according to the Consumer Product Safety Commission.'*
What the heck.

AdagioMOh my.
I only use it for cleaning toilets, so I don’t think there’s much risk in my using it.
But still…

wtgThe original pine scent version is not part of the recall.
And another article said if you have a bottle of the recalled product, take a photo of the UPC code before throwing out the bad stuff. You can submit the photo as proof of purchase when they get the refund site set up.

RealPlayerPine-Sol, even the “original” formulation, hasn’t contained pine oil or even pine scent for years. The company admits that.
I’ve bought and used it anyway, but always found the new scent unpleasant, almost nauseating. Certainly doesn’t convey the “clean” impression that pine does.
I’ve switched to another brand.
