Hugely complex undertaking with a lot of competing interests.
But as Fauci keeps saying, the virus dictates the timeline.

NinaGood article. I fear that many of us (including the Prez) think that we can just say "OK, on July 1 it's business as usual." This article succinctly states why that would be a huge mistake. Unfortunately, it also describes the push back any sort of mandated surveillance or testing would receive.
